Dogs Health – Food allergies

Food allergies are something that is difficult to identify unless one is well aware of the baseline information with regard to this type of allergy. The main symptoms of food allergies in dogs include the facial itching, limb chewing, belly itching, recurrent ear infections or skin infections.

Dogs are also having a problem with food allergies. And as normal human is difficult to determine this problem have already affect our dog health. And of course the only solution is to take them to nearest dog health clinic.

So, as a home pet owner this article will discuss more about dog food allergies symptoms.

Basically there are 5 main symptoms of food allergies:

  1. facial itching
  2. limb chewing
  3. belly itching
  4. recurrent ear infections
  5. skin infections
  6. Itchy skin
  7. Itchy feet and paws (which usually leads to biting and chewing at the paws)
  8. Dry skin
  9. Flaky skin
  10. Hair loss
  11. Skin rashes and hives
  12. Recurrent ear infections (in particular, yeast infections)
  13. Recurrent skin infections and hot spots
  14. Chronic vomiting
  15. Chronic diarrhea
  16. Frequent bowel movements

  • Soy
